Our work is based in a therapeutic approach called Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), an evidence based, behavior analytic approach to increasing psychological flexibility. The Director of Two Roads Academy is a unique position responsible for managing the vision; managing daily operations of the school; supervision and oversight of programs, staff, and students; and designing of and collaboration in weekly professional development. This position requires a dynamic combination of training and experience in behavior, education, special education, business, and development and marketing.
