We are currently seeking another exceptional "People Person" to add to our elite Sales Team in Southern California. This is a well-developed territory!
The Position : As an outside territory sales representative (Territory Manager) you will engage independent specialty retailers from an already established account base with a memorable selling experience and grow your territory by developing new business relationships. - Travel to independent specialty retailers daily Monday through Friday to show and sell our products.
- Identify, solicit and engage with retailers to develop new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with store owners and buyers on creative merchandising and marketing ideas.
- Build and grow relationships with store owners and buyers and effectively communicate the value of our extensive product lines.
- Deliver an inspiring customer centric experience in sales and service.
- Stay current with market trends in home décor, gift and fashion.
- This is a full-time position with daily extensive local travel and some overnight travel.
The Candidate : You have a passion for the home décor / giftware and fashion industries. You are a self-starter, are self-motivated and a strong communicator. You have a true passion for the entire selling experience in addition to :
