This is a well-developed territory!The Position : As an outside territory sales representative (Territory Manager), you will engage independent specialty retailers from an already established account base with a memorable selling experience and grow your territory by developing new business relationships. Visit our website at www.twoscompany.com to be inspired by our product lines.What you must do to succeed : Travel to independent specialty retailers daily Monday through Friday to show and sell our products.Identify, solicit, and engage with retailers to develop new sales opportunities.Collaborate with store owners and buyers on creative merchandising and marketing ideas.Build and grow relationships with store owners and buyers and effectively communicate the value of our extensive product lines.Deliver an inspiring customer-centric experience in sales and service.Stay current with market trends in home décor, gift, and fashion.This is a full-time position with daily extensive local travel and some overnight travel.The Candidate : You have a passion for the home décor / giftware and fashion industries. You are a self-starter, self-motivated, and a strong communicator. You have a true passion for the entire selling experience in addition to : Previous experience as a Territory Manager / Sales Rep in the territory for Gift, Home, or Apparel lines.A driven work ethic.Energetic, professional appearance.Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.Must be capable of carrying samples, climbing steps to accounts not on the ground floor, and driving for extended periods of time.Proactive selling skills. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, in person and virtually.Strong computer skills including Excel and video conferencing. Ability to learn new systems quickly.The Territory : San Diego County, some Inland Empire and Inland Desert areas.Ideal location is San Diego, but candidates in other parts of the territory will also be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
