Wine Experience Coordinator

Two Silo Winery and Vineyard is a boutique Winery, Vineyard, and Farmhouse experience in Grant, MN. Just 20 minutes northeast of Minneapolis & St. Paul. A haven where rustic beginnings meet modern flair. Our 22 acre retired dairy farm is home to 2300 grape vines. Our Winemaker is excited to share our hand-crafted wines from our vineyard and imported from both New York State and Lodi, California. We hope you enjoy our wines as much as we do!

Wine Ambassador is a leader within the tasting room and our Brand promotion expert, representing Two Silo Winery and Vineyard. The ideal candidate will have high energy, be self-motivated and have a proven track record of working well with others. An exceptional individual who has an eye for detail, thrives in a high paced customer facing environment, and who has a strong work ethic. The role requires top notch hospitality and customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, think on your feet, recognize what has to be done and get it done, provide an unparalleled experience for all guests and wine club members. Consistent weekend, evening, and holiday work required. Previous tasting room or service industry experience, and general wine knowledge is desired, but not required. Desire and ability to learn. Hourly compensation, gratuities and incentives offer amazing earning potential for candidates with strong service skills. Our hospitality positions provide opportunities to learn about wine, the wine industry, gain professional service and hospitality skills with ability to progress into different positions. You must be age 21 or older and able to lift 50 lbs. The person in this position will report directly to the General Manager.

Pay: $12.50 - $18.99 per hour
