What we are looking for
TST is currently looking for a compliance specialist / Cyber Engineer to help our company adhere to external regulations and internal policies. This role involves monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards relevant to the industry, such as NIST 800-53, 800-171, CMMC 1 & 2.0 as well as SOC2. The candidate will work to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance and help organizations maintain their reputations while focusing on protecting an organization’s information systems from cyber threats. This role involves implementing security measures, Monitoring networks for suspicious activity, and responding to security incidents.
Responsibilities
- Conducting Audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Training employees on compliance-related issues.
- Monitoring changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
- Reporting compliance status to management and regulatory bodies.
- Designing and implementing security protocols and measures.
- Monitoring networks for security breaches and Vulnerabilities.
- Responding to and investigating security incidents.
- Conducting penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborating with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

80,000 - $100,000 USD
