Two Six Technologies (TST) is growing and our Product Sales organization is looking to add a Director of Partner Sales to the team. You will be a key member of the Product Sales team responsible for driving product ARR (annual recurring revenue) growth through the development and management of strategic relationships with federal systems integrators that have access and influence into key customers and programs.

This role will work with key, targeted partners to position TST Information Advantage, Zero Trust and our other products. This role requires a deep understanding of the federal government market, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of success in partner sales. Ideally you will have experience selling innovative solutions for mission critical use cases.

This is a hybrid position working from home and going into our Arlington, VA office as needed.

What you will do :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive federal partner sales strategy that aligns with the overall company's business objectives and go-to-market strategy
  • Engage and manage a small, targeted network of federal partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, including C-level executives, sales leaders, and technical teams
  • Develop and deliver compelling partner value propositions that differentiate TST products and highlight how we can support partner success
  • Working with our product teams, facilitate ongoing education and enablement to partners on TST's products, services, and solutions
  • Track and measure partner performance against key metrics, such as sales engagement, ARR capture, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product sales, marketing, solution engineering, product management) to ensure successful partner engagements
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the federal IT market and competitive landscape
  • Represent TST at customer and industry events and conferences

What you will need :

  • 10 years of partner sales and business development serving the DoD and National Security market with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with product license sales
  • Deep understanding of the federal government and prime contractor procurement process (e.g., FAR, GSA schedules)
  • Strong relationships with large prime contracts and systems integrators with key positions related to programs for Information Operations, Open Source Intelligence and Targeting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Security Clearance needed :

    The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    170,000 - $283,000 USD
