We run a variety of leagues that focus on making friends, having a great time, and building a strong community. We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Recreation League Manager to help ensure our leagues run smoothly and that our players have an unforgettable experience!
Position Overview :
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team player to oversee our leagues, manage game nights, interact with players, and ensure league operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly social, loves being around people, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Game Night Operations : Ensure league nights run smoothly by setting up and breaking down equipment, keeping games on schedule, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Refereeing & Rule Enforcement : Officiate games fairly, keep track of scores, and ensure players follow the rules in a fun and positive manner.
- Player Engagement : Be a friendly, welcoming presence at every league night, interact with players, and help build a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
- Shirt Distribution : Hand out team shirts at the start of each season and make sure players get their correct sizes.
- Photography & Social Media Content : Capture photos and videos of game nights to help showcase our leagues on social media.
- Conflict Resolution : Handle disputes or rule clarifications in a professional and fair manner.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between players and league organizers, answering questions and providing updates as needed.
