- Extensive SailPoint Architecture hands-on experience
- Experience leading a team of SailPoint Developers
- Excellent communication skills
- 8 years of diverse IT experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Expertise in change management for new technology implementations.
- Experience in creating business cases and working with business stakeholders
