Title – Title Closing Role
Position – Fulltime
Location – Jenkintown, PA
Salary - $Open (Best Possible)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and communicate with internal team, lenders, agents, and clients to ensure all matters are addressed prior to closing.
- Review title search/commitment to address all curative matters.
- Facilitate all lender title requests as needed.
- Confirm all scheduled closing appointments with transaction parties.
- Process files as needed (surveys, HOA/COA, mortgages, utilities, etc.).
- Prepare CDs, settlement statements, deeds, and other settlement documents.
- Attend and conduct closings.
- Escrow officer functions (fund and disburse closing files).
- Post close files as needed including e-recording.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- 3 plus years of recent Title Closing experience desired.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College degree preferred.
