Project Manager - Disaster Recovery
Manage the life cycle of complex internal projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive schedules and drive progress to plan.
- Work with vendors and teams to establish and achieve project goals.
- Ensure requirements are articulated, prioritized, and detailed on roadmaps and backlogs.
- Identify project issues, gaps, conflicts, and propose solutions.
- Track critical project deliverables with core teams and facilitate solutions when issues arise.
- Act as a liaison between clients, business leads, functional leads, SMEs, application analysts, developers, and technical team members.
- Address problems through risk management and contingency planning.
- Facilitate and lead large project meetings to drive delivery.
- Oversee documentation writing and gathering in accordance with policy and SOX auditing compliance.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Enterprise Business Systems.
- Knowledge of Windows-based hardware and software applications.
- MS Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, Gantt Charts, or other project management tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- SDLC best practices.
- PMO best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, or related field.
- Significant experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
- PMI Certification desired.
