Job Title: Salesforce developer
Location: Hybrid / Stamford, CT
Type: 1 Year Contract With Extension
Rate: $Best Possible
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce
- Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes
- Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
- Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and/or other third-party DevOps tools and continuous integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are required and Platform II certification and JavaScript developer certifications are preferred.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM Analytics or other analytics platforms integrated with Salesforce
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and front-end development
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
- Experience working in large, multifaceted, and matrixed organizations.
- Experience within the media entertainment industry
- Collaborative team player accustomed to working within and across groups.
- Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage time effectively.
