Fan Data & Analytics Manager

Kore is a fan, partnership and revenue intelligence platform for the sports & entertainment business.

Scope of Role

This role will focus on delivering custom Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions to clients, including but not limited to, data visualizations, automations, data modelling and predictive models utilizing fan data. The tools leveraged will include Tableau, SQL, AWS, and Python.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering data-driven solutions. They should possess excellent teamwork skills, a consultative mindset, and a customer service-oriented approach, enabling them to effectively work with both internal teams and external partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for :

Analyzing Business Needs and Providing Data-Driven Solutions

o   Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and data requirements.

o   Identify opportunities to apply analytics to optimize processes, improve performance, or drive growth.

o   Develop and implement tailored analytics solutions that align with the client's goals.

Conducting Advanced Data Analysis and Modelling

o   Collect, clean, and process data from various sources to ensure quality and reliability.

o   Perform advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.

o   Interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Communicating Insights and Recommendations

o   Present complex analytics findings in a clear and concise manner, often using visualizations and storytelling.

o   Deliver strategic recommendations to clients based on data analysis and industry best practices.

o   Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the practical implementation of analytics solutions.

Essential skills :

• 3-5 years of analytics experience, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of the KORE Intelligence Platform preferred.
• Data Analysis and Visualization : Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating dashboards and visual reports.
• Programming and Scripting Languages : Familiarity with SQL, Python, R or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Customer Relationship Management : Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Database Management : Understanding of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• Business Acumen : Ability to align data analytics strategies with organizational goals and understand industry-specific challenges.
• Collaboration : Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Storytelling : Translating complex analytics into clear and compelling narratives.
• Attention to Detail : Ensuring accuracy and reliability in data analysis and reporting.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
