TWS Facility Services is excited to announce an opportunity for a Bilingual Entry-Level Jr. Property Coordinator!
As a Junior Property Coordinator, you’ll gain valuable experience managing Facility services and overseeing services at various types of properties. You’ll develop customer service skills, work collaboratively in a team, manage employee tasks, assist with payroll, and grow into an experienced Property Coordinator!
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls and emails to the main line
- Provide administrative support for colleague
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients
- Maintain accurate records and data entry related to property operations
- Problem-Solving
- Assist with payroll processing and form management
- Coordinate service requests, coverage, and invoicing
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Oversee facility services, including custodial, landscaping, and security needs
- Collaborate and share ideas to improve workflow and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- *Must be bilingual in Spanish*
- Administrative experience, including data entry and filing
- Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building abilities
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Highlight your ability to work independently and manage tasks without requiring constant supervision.
- Demonstrate your ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Showcase your knack for thinking outside the box to develop unique ideas or improve processes.
- Emphasize your adaptability and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge or master new tools.
Required Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
- In-office role, located in Murrieta, CA (92562)
