SUMMARY

The Mid Level Salesforce Developer works as a member of the Software Development Team and supports

the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications under the mentorship of senior developers and architects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and integrating third-party services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

  • Application Development : Participate in designing and coding custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex and Visualforce.
  • System Configuration / Administration : Participate in configuring Salesforce settings, creating workflows, and setting up user permissions.
  • Data Management : Oversee data imports, exports, and data integrity tasks, ensuring accurate data within the Salesforce platform, including management of external data consolidation tools like Boomi.
  • Integration : Build and maintain integrations with third-party services using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues, debugging code, and provide ongoing support.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for code, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Technical Skills : Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Administration. and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
  • Understanding of SDLC : Familiarity with how to apply Software Development Life Cycle principles and practices.
  • Learning Mindset : Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving skills to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    • This position is suitable for professionals with a solid foundation in Salesforce development who are looking to take on more responsibility and contribute to complex projects.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    Required

  • Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

    • Preferred

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Ability to speak / hear clearly to communicate by phone or in person.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    • 100% Remote - onsite as required (MON- FRI)

    This position is 100% remote but requires the candidate to be located within Texas.
