- Full Time split schedule between Somerby Mobile and The Reserve at Fairhope. Flexible schedule Monday - Friday.
- Part Time at either Somerby Mobile or The Reserve at Fairhope.

The details:
Somerby Mobile and The Reserve at Fairhope have a rehabilitation department that includes a beautiful therapy gym space and access to fitness equipment and private treatment rooms to provide the optimal atmosphere for our treatment model for therapy services.
- The campuses include three living options for seniors: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
- Patient care schedule is Monday – Friday with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Candidates must be driven to excite the community and educate residents on rehabilitation services.

The responsibilities:
- Deliver quality outcomes driven occupational therapy services
- Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
- Conduct patient and family education
- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
The requirements
- Degree from a CAOTE accredited school
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Alabama
- Has at least one (1) year of geriatric outpatient clinical experience
- Experience in Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Neuro Programming
- LSVT BIG Certification a plus
- Displays flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain
