Join Tx:Team and our partner, Proactive MD, at the beautiful new Health and Wellness Center at Operating Engineers Local 520 (OE520) in Granite City, IL. This is a full-time Physical Therapist opportunity. Are you a Physical Therapist who loves working in outpatient orthopedics but are tired of the double bookings and long hours? Do you want quality one on one time with your patients?

The Health and Wellness Center setting is unique because while it is an outpatient setting, it is not your typical outpatient setting. Your caseload will consist of primarily the employees, dependents, and retirees. You will be the lead Physical Therapist and have opportunities to collaborate with other healthcare providers in the clinic. Patients and medical team build relationships with you, and you become a trusted provider.
Dynamic patient caseload consists of a range of diagnoses including, but not limited to neuro, vestibular, post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck, and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment.

The requirements:
- Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Illinois
- Has minimum two (2) years of outpatient experience
- Has minimum two (2) years of orthopedic and manual therapy experience
- Proficiency with EMR scheduling and documentation systems
- Confidence, initiative, and experience to build employer relationships and patient caseloads
- Displays strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
- Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence
The responsibilities:
- Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the onsite clinic
- Document with therapist friendly web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
- Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome-based tools
- Manage relationships and promote physical therapy services
- Conduct patient and family education
- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
