Join our team in Lancaster, PA at our IU13 Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic. This is a Part Time, Physical Therapist opportunity with hours Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays!
The details:
Patient caseload at the IU13 Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic is a mix of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. Be a part of this team with an excellent reputation for niche programming and service to its patients.
- Newly remodeled clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies
- 1:1 patient treatment
- Close collaboration with onsite medical staff
- Highly personalized and patient-centered outpatient care to employees and their dependents
- Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays with limited evenings until 6:00 PM

The responsibilities:
- Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the onsite clinic
- Document with therapist friendly web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
- Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome-based tools
- Manage relationships and promote physical therapy services, time management, and communication
The requirements:
- Two (2) years of outpatient experience
- Two (2) years of Orthopedic and Manual Therapy experience
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
- Dry Needling experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with EMR scheduling and documentation systems
- Confidence, initiative, and experience to build employer relationships and patient caseloads
- Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Pennsylvania
