To support the growth of our U.S. branch, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
· New Customer Acquisition: Focus on developing new clients and expanding our customer base to drive business growth.
· Business Development: Actively identify business opportunities, foster client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our logistics services.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience: 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industries.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
· Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
· Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is an advantage.
· Work Ethic: A motivated self-starter with a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

2.Highly Competitive Commission Structure
Sales representatives are eligible to earn 10–20% of the total business profit, including all gross profits generated from transactions, such as:
Ocean freight
POL (Port of Loading) & Destination port services
Intermediary logistics services
