TX15, SYNERGY HomeCare of Fort Worth -

Weatherford Client - Female client with dementia needing assistance with all ADLs, companionship, and safety with transferring. - On hospice and hospice bathes unless an accident.

• Dementia experience is must.

Permanent Shifts Available :

Thurs 7am-3pm

Thurs 3p-830pm

Friday 7a-3pm

Friday 3p-10pm

Sat 9a-9p

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Current Valid Driver License
