What does the job look like? :

  • Assist the Store Manager in effectively coaching team members to consistently execute at a high level in accordance with best-in-industry standards.
  • Learn all aspects of daily shift management including guest service, foodservice operations (where applicable), paperwork, inventory control, merchandising, and other aspects of site management and operations.
  • Provide daily shift coverage as needed.
  • Help to identify and develop high potential team members to fill future openings.
  • Aligns all behavior with the Values and operations excellence expectations – “Leave ‘em Better”.
  • Frequently interact with guests to ensure they receive the service experience that they expect; follow up on any issues and complaints that our guests may have to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Identifies opportunities to drive sales by overseeing and implementing in-store marketing programs.
  • Create a safe and clean environment for all team members and guests by ensuring all company and regulatory standards are met.
  • Respond to guest complaints either in person or over the phone, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
  • Learn the expectations of what all newly hired team members are expected follow and complete their appropriate training plan, including required paper and electronic paperwork.
  • Ensures proper security procedures are in place to protect team members’, guests’ and Company assets.

What skills will I need or what other requirements are expected of me?

  • Education and Experience: Education and experience in a related trade is a plus, but not a pre-requisite for this position.
  • Language/Communication Skills: Ability to use various methods of correspondence appropriately and effectively. Have the ability to write complicated correspondence in a manner that is easily understood by others. Be a very strong communicator and easily engage with people that allows for great communication.
  • Business Acumen: Possess the ability to work with budgets and perform analysis on basic daily, weekly and month reports that pertain to the optimal operation of the location.
  • Computer Operations: Basic personal computer skills with the ability to operate multiple devices. Must also possess the desire and ability to understand various computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Planning/Organization: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to prioritize tasks and training to meet the expectations of the position and the organization.
  • Work Schedule/Hours: All hours relevant to the current priorities and objectives of the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
