What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Operations Lead position at TXM Recruit?

Responsibilities

10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements based on customer/site needs.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Linux, SQL, and Oracle to an operational standard, enabling effective troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Previous experience working with Java, C , or Python as programming languages, ideally with some experience in scripting/coding.
Responsibility for the site's ITIL systems, including analysis and continuous improvement.
