Job Requirements
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN’s and LPN / LVNs.
Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
Additional Details
Fully vaccination, no declinations accepted
Required for all disciplines, Annual, Can be completed onsite
Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine
Candidates with no prior documented history of a positive TB test will complete baseline TB Risk Assessment / Symptom Screening and testing.
