Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Protege Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As a Protege Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options all while being mentored by one of the top agents. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills! you will be paired with one of our top mentor agents to learn the ins and outs of owning an insurance agency all while making sales and qualifying towards becoming and eligible Farmers Insurance Agency Owner!

Qualifications:

• Willing to obtain required insurance licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to negotiate and persuade clients effectively
• Experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales is a plus

Salary: $3000.00 - $6000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

• Side-by-side work with your mentor and becoming self-sufficient in the process will build your confidence and skill level.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Assess client's current coverage and provide recommendations for additional or modified policies
• Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis

Requirements:

• Desire to be your own boss in the future
• Ability to obtain all Utah Insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, and Health)
• Sales Experience preferred
