What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim English Teacher position at TYBURN ACADEMY?
Tyburn Academy, a Private Independent Catholic School located in Auburn, New York is looking to hire a qualified High School English teacher for the Spring of 2025. This teacher will be expected to coordinate with our current English teacher, plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program for English classes in grades 7-11. This candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of Tyburn Academy.
Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Must provide a resume, 3 references, and a cover letter.
- Excellent classroom management skills or willingness to learn.
- Excellent pedagogical skills able to differentiate instruction or the willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Google Drive is a plus.
- Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission, teachings, and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church is must.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
