Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project teams, liaising with clients, architects, construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. The Construction Project Manager will develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Oversee a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
· Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Leads an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
· Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
· Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
· Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
· Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
· Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
· Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· At least 5 years of related experience required.
· PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
