Family-owned medical equipment provider is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and payroll, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: advertising open positions, screening candidates and selecting candidates for in-house interviews.
- Employee Onboarding: managing all aspects of new employee onboarding.
- Employee Offboarding: managing all aspects of offboarding for employees who leave the company.
- Employee Performance Management: manage the employee performance review process; collaborate with managers to provide guidance and constructive feedback to employees.
- Benefits Administration: act as the primary liaison between the Company and benefit providers; manage the benefits administration process for the Company.
- Payroll Management: manage the Company’s bi-weekly payroll
Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The expected workload is approximately 10-20 hours per week.
