Responsibilities:- Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues including gears, bearings, conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Perform basic electrical diagnostics and repairs including fuses, sensors, relays, and motor controls.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records in the maintenance system.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot circuits and controls.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in plastics, injection molding, or related manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with PLCs and basic automation systems.
