Job Overview : We are looking for an MEP Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer with experience in retro-commissioning and LL87, to contribute to our diverse and fast-paced projects. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage retro-commissioning projects to ensure systems are performing optimally.
- Perform energy audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and oversee the implementation of retro-commissioning measures.
- Conduct LL87 assessments, ensuring compliance with NYC energy code requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement MEP systems strategies.
- Review building systems’ performance and develop effective solutions for energy efficiency and operational improvements.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
