Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence and project efficiency.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Proven leadership and management experience, including mentoring teams.
- Licensed Landscape Architect in Texas
