We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing production company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a unique personal/business role supporting both the professional operations and the daily personal needs of the CEO.
You must be based in or near Charlotte, have prior experience supporting an executive, and possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for frequent errands and on-the-go support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Run daily errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, pick-ups/drop-offs
• Ensure the CEO has all necessary items each day (chargers, wardrobe, meals, etc.)
• Place and manage orders for food, supplies, and household items
• Coordinate with house staff, cleaners, security, maintenance, and vendors
• Light house tidying and organization as needed
• Manage deliveries, returns, and appointments (personal, medical, grooming, etc.)
• Assist with occasional travel prep and packing
• Keep inventory of household and personal items and restock as needed
• Maintain the CEO’s personal calendar including reminders and appointments
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and meeting attendees or household service providers
• Join occasional meetings and transcribe notes for reference
• Maintain and update the CEO’s to-do list, ensuring timely progress and follow-up
• Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Currently located in or near Charlotte, NC
• Minimum 2 years experience as a personal and/or executive assistant supporting a CEO, founder, or high-profile individual
• Proven ability to manage logistics, calendars, and shifting priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, calendar platforms, task management tools)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Hospitality, Communications ideal)
