Position Overview :

As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a vital role in achieving our sales goals while effectively managing client relationships. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work-related matters, contributing to a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses to inquiries.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Close sales effectively and in a timely manner to achieve monthly sales goals.

Collaborate with other team members to align strategies and campaigns.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications :

Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and information rapidly.

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to achieve sales goals.

Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work-related matters, contributing to a team-oriented environment.
