We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Superintendent to join our team at LaBar Golf.
Job Description
The successful candidate will assist the Project Superintendent or Project Manager in overseeing the successful execution of irrigation installations. This role involves supervising groups of field crew members, fostering trust and accountability, and assisting the Project Superintendent in maintaining client relationships, addressing any issues or concerns under guidance.
You will also be responsible for helping ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and specifications. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining accurate field notes, as-built drawings, and project reports, and learn to identify potential project risks and opportunities, supporting the mitigation of risks and the capture of opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in golf turf management, course renovation, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an assistant superintendent on a golf course.
- Solid industry references.
- Construction experience required - renovation, irrigation installation, etc.
- Strong communication and technology skills.
