**Key Responsibilities:**
- As a Sales and Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in promoting and servicing Husqvarna robotic mowers.
- You will travel based on customer location, but also have the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility.
- Provide expert knowledge of Husqvarna robotic mowers, conduct product demonstrations, perform site assessments, and handle installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Build and nurture customer relationships using the Husqvarna Robotic Product Line.
- Generate quotes, manage sales orders, and maintain clear communication from installation through to ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in golf course maintenance or a sales role within the turf, landscape, or golf market.
- Familiarity with robotic technologies or a keen interest in learning about robotics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to master other software tools.
