SynaTek Solutions is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Service Technician for Husqvarna Robotics at SynaTek Solutions based in the Greater Philadelphia region.

With a focus on the Golf, Landscape and Sports Turf markets, we are introducing Husqvarna Robotics—a leader in robotic mowing technology. We are expanding our presence in the Michigan, Ohio Valley, Pennsylvania, and surrounding regions and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Technician for the Greater Philadelphia region.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in promoting and servicing Husqvarna robotic mowers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Support:
    Provide expert knowledge of Husqvarna robotic mowers, conduct product demonstrations, perform site assessments, and handle installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture customer relationships using the Husqvarna Robotic Product Line. Generate quotes, manage sales orders, and maintain clear communication from installation through to ongoing maintenance.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Perform product demos, installations, repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Coordination:
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide excellent customer service. Report to the Sales and Technical Team Leaders.
  • Marketing and Networking:
    Represent SynaTek at industry events, conferences, and local demo days to build brand awareness and expand your network.
  • Training & Development:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends through continuous training and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in golf course maintenance or a sales role within the turf, landscape, or golf market.
    • Familiarity with robotic technologies or a keen interest in learning about robotics.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to master other software tools.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
    • A strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $100,000.00 with performance-based incentives.
