Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee crew on job sites, managing two to three general laborers
Maintain job site safety and enforce proper equipment use
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards
Perform pre- and post-job equipment checks and oversee cleanup
Perform physically demanding work, lifting up to 75 pounds regularly
Work comfortably at heights of up to 50 feet in a lift
Be willing to learn tree climbing techniques for increased efficiency and safety

Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in tree service, landscaping, or a physically demanding outdoor trade
Experience operating chainsaws, wood chippers, pole saws, stump grinders, and aerial lifts
Strong leadership ability, capable of taking charge, delegating tasks, and holding the crew accountable
Comfortable working in all weather conditions and performing strenuous manual labor daily
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Start time is 7:00 AM daily
Some days may require 10 to 12-hour shifts, depending on workload
