DESCRIPTION
The Processing Analyst is a full-time 12 month staff position that reports to the Assistant Director, Enrollment Operations. This position directs the process, maintenance and analysis of inquiries and application records by monitoring the integrity of prospective student records. This position is responsible for the evaluation and auditing of data related to admission, residency status, and enrollment yield. This position reports into the Office of the Registrar and will work closely with the Admissions Office, Office of Technology Services, and other enrollment management partners as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain confidential records on all College prospects and applicants
- Research issues regarding application documents and problem solve
- Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to anticipate next steps and prioritize workload
- Oversee assigned files and specializations within the unit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processes
- Evaluate, analyze and process data into the College’s student information system to meet operational goals of accuracy and speed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
Associate degree, or three years of relevant experience working in data assessment.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree.

Previous experience in a higher education setting
