Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Hours are 3pm-6pm Monday-Friday. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage children in meaningful activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Foster literacy education through engaging activities that promote reading and writing skills.
- Incorporate physical education into the curriculum to encourage healthy habits and physical development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of students.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Support early intervention strategies for children who may need additional assistance.
