Overview
We are seeking a disciplined and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase our offerings and demonstrate their value to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and territory management.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in territory management and outside sales strategies.
  • Experience in conducting effective product demos that engage potential customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
