The Hospitality Vertical Market Manager plays a pivotal role within the Business Development Division at McWane Plumbing Group, reporting to the Executive Director of Business Development. This nationally focused position is responsible for driving demand for our cast iron plumbing systems within the hospitality industry. You will be the key liaison between McWane and national hotel brands, gaming organizations, sporting venues, developers, engineers, and contractors—promoting our products in new construction and renovation projects.
Based on the founding principles of McWane in 1920, it is expected that all team members will know and exhibit the eight principles of The McWane Way: Safety, Environment, Leadership, Accountability, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, and Communication as well as the values and behaviors supporting these principles.

Job Description
- Develops and manages strategic relationships with stakeholders across the hospitality sector.
- Identifies and pursues new project opportunities, ensuring McWane products are specified early in the design process.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to effectively meet customer needs.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of construction cycles, market trends, and industry shifts to inform strategic decisions.
- Represents McWane Plumbing Group at trade shows, networking events, and other key industry functions.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and growth objectives within the hospitality vertical.
- A minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales, construction products, or the plumbing industry is preferred.
- Possesses a strong understanding of hospitality-related construction and renovation cycles.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Exhibits exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Willing and able to travel as required to support national business development initiatives.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
