PM Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Experienced PM (1-9PM ) warehouse team lead responsible for 3 direct reports for a busy trucking company in Folcroft PA (Monday - Friday) . Hourly rate negotiable based on experience. Proficient in excel and Microsoft outlook and strong customer service skills, written and verbal. Forklift Experience required. Minimal dispatching involved.

Summary

As a PM Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory management and distribution processes. Reporting to the Operations Manager your core skills in warehouse management and team leadership will be essential in supervising daily activities. Your expertise in logistics and process improvement will drive operational excellence, while your relevant knowledge in OSHA and shipping & receiving will ensure compliance and safety. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and distribution processes.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate shipping , including airport drops and recoveries.
• Keeping track of outbound drivers (3-5 drivers who work outbound)
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
