Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Sell products effectively while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Accurately operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash responsibly.
• Demonstrate products through engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store promotions, sales, and inventory to assist customers.
• Ensure the sales floor remains well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members when required and foster a positive team environment.
• Use basic math skills for retail calculations, ensuring accurate pricing and discounts.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or assisting with orders.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older (Required, due to store policies and legal regulations).

• Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations.
• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while being self-motivated.
