Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs and solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards. This role requires a strong foundation in design principles, proficiency in various design software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for architectural projects.
  • Develop 3D models, renderings, and animations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Draft architectural plans and specifications while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
  • Work closely with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to integrate various aspects of the project.
  • Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and architectural tools such as Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong skills in interior design principles and the ability to create functional layouts.
  • Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and presentations.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical expertise.
