Job Summary
Our Construction Management team is currently seeking a Construction Inspector for various infrastructure construction projects. The Construction Inspector is assigned on a single or multiple projects(s), including municipal and transportation projects. This position may require night work.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- General construction inspection.
- Measurement and documentation of construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Computation of quantities and test values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma (or GED equivalent) and 0-1 year of experience in construction.
- Individuals must have the ability to perform basic calculations for the purpose of determining yield, quantities, etc.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to maintain neat and accurate records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safe work practices required.
- Must be able to receive verbal and or written instructions and perform tasks independently.
- NETTCP HMA Paving Inspector certification may be required.
- ACI concrete field-testing certification may be required.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
