POSITION SUMMARY: TYM North America, a leading tractor manufacturer, is hiring a new member of our corporate team to lead key marketing initiatives. This role will be based in our Buckhead, GA office, working full-time, on-site, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Join our team and grow with us. We are looking for someone with 5 or more years of managing multiple projects from start to delivery. This person will have exceptional communication skills and play a key part in representing our brand positively and energetically in the marketplace. In short, this person will be a brand advocate, calm under pressure, and detail oriented. We interact regularly across the TYM organization, with our national dealers and tractor customers. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of marketing strategies such as: customer lifecycle and prospecting campaigns; brand building; events; social; external and internal communications; the ability to identify new business leads.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
• Analyzing market and competitor key trends.
• Generating tractor sales and new dealer leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Prepared to jump in and handle a wide range of marketing tasks, from copywriting, public relations, social, digital and national media campaigns and dealer support campaigns.
• Familiarity with managing a marketing budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Assisting the Senior Marketing Managing to guide overall department scope of work.
• Preparing and presenting solid, data-centered marketing proposals.
• Assisting the event coordinator, as needed, to prepare and work major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Communicating directly with national field sales team and our national dealer in a positive, supportive manner—via email, phone calls or in-person visits.
• Cultivate and nurture robust connections with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders, ensuring sustained visibility and positive engagement.
• Direct all internal and external communication efforts across North America and Canada for TYM, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in internal and external messaging.
• Oversee media relationships and public relations, securing notable coverage in leading industry publications.
• Manage TYM North America's Influencer Program by building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring alignment with the brand's values, and reviewing content for quality and consistency on an ongoing basis.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• At least four to five years' experience leading marketing campaigns.
• Proficient with marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Salesforce and project management tools such as Clickup or Monday.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Solid leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn and proactively jump in to help teammates.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience either leading efforts or partnering with a digital media team in support of pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website content, and SEO strategies.
• Ability to tie key initiatives back to brand and revenue goals.
• Experience with a dealer-based sales channel and/or equipment industry are a plus, though not required.
• Ability to Travel for Trade shows and marketing events (15%)
