Full Job Description
General Purpose of Position
The In/ Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in and around the office, providing support to a specific department, technical managers, or department leads, and assisting with daily office needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Processing Monthly invoices, getting approvals and uploading to clients, in a timely manor.
- Responsible for assisting with or performing Administrative Assistant duties, as necessary.
- Remains knowledgeable of corporate information and Executive personnel.
- Makes travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and rental vehicle accommodations on behalf of Executive staff.
- Assists the Executives in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing corporate operations daily.
- Assists Controller with other Accounting functions
- Uses equipment for the purposes of copying, scanning, stapling, binding, or shredding documents.
- Assists in coordinating office events and activities.
- Supports additional Administration staff as needed.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of two (2) years clerical or administrative related experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years college preferred.
- Must have strong Excel skills

- Ability to treat confidential information with discretion and exercise confidentiality in all aspects of work.
- Proficient use of email and Internet browsing.
- Proficient use of MS Office and ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities to enhance career growth.
- Ability to manage data and demonstrate proven analytical ability.
- Ability to receive, follow, and/or explain instructions and guidelines effectively.
- Ability to complete work assignments independently and function effectively as part of a cohesive team.
- Exhibits excellent time management and attention to detail, with proven ability to organize, prioritized and multi-task efficiently.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and other employees.
