Duties and Responsibilities :
Reconcile to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Resolve valid or authorized deduction
Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions process
Verify receivable totals and research discrepancy
Ensure proper focus is placed on securing new customer.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, fax or mail
Educate teammates on the proper process surrounding credit sales transactions
