Job Summary and Qualifications:
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will receive access to a designated senior-level mentor for training, best-in-business marketing analysis, and lead generation mapping. This is a fully commissioned role operating on a 1099 contract, allowing you to take ownership of your success. What you will do in this role:
⦁ Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients.
⦁ Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients based on trust and integrity.
⦁ Travel within your market area to meet with leads.
⦁ Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services.
⦁ Complete administrative duties related to contracts and client management.
What qualifications you will need:
⦁ Insurance license is preferred but not required.
⦁ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential.
⦁ Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
⦁ Self-motivated and able to succeed in a fully commissioned 1099 role.
⦁ Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred.
