House Manager
Job Summary
The house manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the home and members they provide services to. Members are provided with 24 hour supported community living services and have intellectual disabilities and mental health issues.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in training all new staff and ensuring staff are completing assigned duties, report any concerns to team lead to address.
2. Complete fire & tornado drills at each house monthly and document.
3. Complete shopping as needed for houses.
4. Ensure each client is completing a budget and ledger weekly.
5. Develop activity calendars for each house to provide members with opportunities to meet their goals (community, exercise, etc.)
6. Ensuring the cleanliness of the home and member's rooms.
7. Monitoring all medications to ensure they are entered properly, given properly, and addressing any concerns and issues with the pharmacy.
8. Ensure a weekly menu plan and grocery list is being developed for each member.
9. On call one week a month to handle emergencies and fill shifts for anyone who calls in.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Specific Requirements
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Possess a valid Iowa Driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a clear driving record as identified by TRG’s insurance carrier.
3. Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
4. Possess the ability to work within the team to ensure optimal service delivery to the members of the program
5. Successfully interact with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health issues, or any other identified disability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
