Project Coordination:
Overseeing and managing the installation crew on-site.
Coordinating with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure accurate execution of plans.
Communicating with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns.
Installation and Supervision:
Leading the installation of remodeling projects, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other relevant trades.
Ensuring all work is performed to high-quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
Providing hands-on assistance and guidance to the installation team.
Problem-Solving:
Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.
Adjusting plans and schedules as needed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances or changes.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
