We are seeking a highly experienced installer to lead and manage our projects to ensure they are completed to the highest standards.

Project Coordination:

• Overseeing and managing the installation crew on-site.

• Coordinating with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure accurate execution of plans.

• Communicating with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns.

Installation and Supervision:

• Leading the installation of remodeling projects, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other relevant trades.

• Ensuring all work is performed to high-quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Providing hands-on assistance and guidance to the installation team.

Problem-Solving:

• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.

• Adjusting plans and schedules as needed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances or changes.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

• Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.

Material Management:

• Managing the procurement and inventory of materials needed for the project.

• Ensuring materials are available on-site as needed to avoid delays.

Quality Control:

• Conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets the quality standards and specifications outlined in the project plans.

• Addressing any discrepancies or defects promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Keeping detailed records of project progress, including daily logs, timesheets, and change orders.

• Reporting to project managers and stakeholders on the status of the project.

Team Leadership:

• Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.

• Motivating the crew to maintain high productivity and morale.

Client Relations:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on-site.

• Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Scheduling:

• Developing and maintaining a project schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

• Coordinating with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
