Reporting to : Communications Manager and Sr. VP of Marketing and External Affairs
Your role in the mission :
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Intern to support our Team. This internship offers handson experience in various aspects of marketing and communication within a fastpaced startup environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling team engagement and creative event planning. The successful candidate will help us craft compelling internal content organize and promote engaging events and help drive a positive and collaborative company culture. This intern should be passionate about marketing possess strong communication skills including writing have an interest in accurately communicating cuttingedge science and technology and be eager to learn and contribute to our teams success.
This position reports to the Communications Manager who works under the direction of the Sr. VP of Marketing and Business Development
- Content creation : Develop and curate engaging content for internal newsletters intranet updates announcements and other internal communications channels.
- Collaboration : Work with different departments to gather information and craft messages that are clear concise and aligned with our company values.
- Campaign support : Assist in the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns aimed at boosting employee engagement and awareness.
- Feedback collection : Help set up and manage feedback tools (surveys suggestion boxes) to gather employee insights for continuous improvement.
- Planning and coordination : Support the planning logistics and execution of company events meetings town halls and special initiatives.
- Onsite support : Provide handson assistance during events managing registrations coordinating schedules and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
- Postevent analysis : Help gather feedback and prepare postevent reports to measure success and identify areas for future improvement.
- Administrative tasks : Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications Team as needed.
- Project Management : Assist with managing timelines tracking progress and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
